When is the City going to implement the new program of getting rid of the useless blue bags and providing large COVERED barrels for trash and recyclables? This is a program that the Mayor talked so much about before his election and it seems that after election, it's not so important. The large COVERED barrels would help tremendously with the trash that is strewn all over the yards and streets and also with the rat infestation.
