Thank you for reporting this matter. I will be assigning my traffic officers go by Dembs today. If the truck is there, we will take proper enforcement. If it is not, I will have them check by through out their shift. My suggestion would be to contact dispatch non-emergency when you observe the violation. They will send a car as soon as possible.
