Description

Missed my yard waste bin YET again. Yes it is clearly marked with a large white "X". Yes it was to the curb at least TWELVE hours prior to pickup time. Yes it's extremely light weight for anyone to pickup. Yes it is still sitting there untouched. Yes I pay my taxes for this service. Thank you.
