It’s not dumping, there was a ton of trees trimmed and taken down. They aren’t finished. I imagine they will take all of the wood chips away at one time.

Thank you for taking the time to send in your comments. The wood chips were left there to be scattered within the parks, keeping in line with the city's engagement in ecological restoration of these sites.
