Over the past several months/years, the residents along my townhouse row have complained and requested that the tree that is in front of 9712/9714 Summer Park Ct. be cut down or trimmed as it is posing a hazard to the homes and cars parked in its vicinity and is dying. Branches are regularly falling from the tree hitting cars as well as pedestrians walking by. The branches of the tree are now encroaching on the homes it is in-front of.

Sunday night, March 11, 2018, a large branch fell from the tree and shattered my windshield.

The requested attention to this tree has now become no longer an option but now is mandatory. I have not only lost time from work but have had to incur the expense of replacing my windshield.
