Thank you for submitting the request however UDOT only maintains state and federal routes like S.R. 68 (Redwood Rd.) and U.S. 89 (State St.). 4612 S 2930 W at this location is maintained by West Valley City. I have forwarded the information on to them. I would recommend contacting them directly.
