Deskripsyon

A homeless person has set up a lean-to about halfway down “Gloria’s Path”, up in a well worn side path on the hillside. I assume the discarded needle belongs to him. Yesterday, this person may have been knocking on doors and accosted a woman walking near the path. I have a Ring video of him.
