Parks and recreation staff (lawn mowing and noisy machines) need to be reminded of the noise bylaw regulations, and know that neighbours do notice when they start up before 7:30 as was done this morning. Brookside park is in the middle of a residential area and should be treated as such. That is louder than my alarm clock which goes off at 7:30, not 7:14. Thank you!
