I can't open my windows because of this oppressive sound. I think it is coming from a piece of machinery at the construction site. There must be a way to do maintenance to silence it or find a way to contain/dampen the loud, high pitched sound.

The sound is now loud and continuous throughout the entire day. It is 24/7 non stop.

there has been constant monitoring of this area and when questioning the contractors there has been reported items that may have contributed to the noise, during inspections of this area there is no site working or using equipment.

This reposted issue is now weeks old, and this sound persists *24 hours a day.* Please, Construction Code Official, come and hear this sound for yourself and get to the bottom of this. I want to open my windows. It is spring. This is not right.

There are lights on at the building every night, all power at the site is certainly not shut down. The sound continues.

i will repeat this again in order to determine if the sound was coming from the building in question i had ordered the power shut down on the building at that time the sound continued and was not caused by a building under construction from my standpoint and investigation this matter is closed

You didn't say that in your original message. Regardless the sound continues, regardless of where it is coming from. It can be coming from any of the 3 construction projects occurring in the area. Please do not close this issue until this sound has been removed. If you came down here yourself, you would hear it and know it has not abated.

My complaint photo may imply that I suspected the 351 Marin construction site, but the pin on my post clearly puts my complaint in middle of Marin and the surrounding area. SeeClickFix is meant to fix issues, not rule out sources of an issue and then let the issue continue. 150 Bay, 351 Marin, or 331 Marin are all potential sources.
