No it hasn't been handled. Please don't close until it's been fixed.
It needs to be reinstalled.

This fountain will be reinstalled when the parks reopen. Plumbing Supervisor is aware and will make sure this gets taken care of. there is a fountain on order

Please explain, why does the issue not remain open until the issue if fixed?
I work in an engineering organization and we use the system to help manage our workflow. It seems logical to allow other citizens and city employees visibility into the issue so they can see the status and not submit another duplicate issue.

It had gotten closed due to being acknowledged and being taken care of. The parks are currently closed. There has been a WO made for this , this will reopen so others are aware. Thank you for having us aware that this will help others know the status.
