Hello Ashley orders have been sent to owners at a couple properties over there. I will follow up with fines this week. As soon as the courts start to open I will file those court papers.

It is very upsetting that this would be someone's first step, opposed to actually speaking to their neighbor. Had they discussed their concerns with their neighbor, they would have known that someone was hired mid-march to clean up the entire property as well as other maintenance, but that the person doing the clean up was only doing so on the days where it wasn't cold, snowing or raining, and when the person living there wasn't at work, working with the public during a pandemic.

This ticket has been closed for housekeeping management since the ticket is dated. If the issue/defect still exist, please open a new ticket so we can further investigate the issue and make the necessary repairs as needed. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
