The amount of cars and trucks speeding through the sub division thinking they can get through to Balch Rd or to Capshaw Rd is a hazard to neighborhood children that play in the cul de sac at the end of S Back Creek Rd NW. With the new developments being built in the area, the amount of traffic turning around in the cul de sac has increased dramatically.
