1/27/2011 - Courtesy call placed to original requestor today to probe for more detailed information about her initial request. After speaking with requestor it was determined that a safety inspection is needed for a possible cave-in dirt plot strip by the concrete panel. The situation at this location has been forwarded to DPW so the proper inspections and handling can take place accordingly - rtt
