The HOPE Team is working with Riverside County Flood Control, Orange County Flood Control and the Army Corps of Engineers to develop long term solutions to resolve the issue. We will be conducting trespass sweeps next week. Trespassing is a misdemeanor in the State of California and therefore all arrests are a cite release and the subjects typically return to the area within hours.
