Description
The side of my garage floods when it rains due to the elevated alley. In October 2019 I reported this issue and the city acknowledged it.
I am requesting a french drain be installed behind my garage to channel the water to my backyard and not the side of my garage. I have dug the channel and I am asking for the city to step up and help fix this issue.
I had a contractor install gutters to see if that would help but it doesnt. The water is runoff from the alley and pools on the side of my garage.

The only thing you can do is fill out a claim with the Law department for review.
You would have to contact them for procedures.
