Crossing signal going southbound on Blecher Road, crossing Nebraska at the Eastern set of lights. The timing is completely off - even when pushing the crosswalk button to supposedly activate the signal. I routinely run this route and have to sit through at least 3 light cycles before I get the right to cross. Same happens at Alderman Road.
