If possible, I would appreciate an estimated date that the stump for the removed tree will be ground down, and if possible, when a replacement tree might be planted away from the removed tree. For the replacement, I request the same species, Sugar Maple.

Stump was removed. Please update the ticket to tree replacement. Please replace with a Sugar Maple, a few feet from the site of the removed tree/stump.
