Isn't there a Yield sign at the intersection of Monte Rosa Drive at Sand Hill Road?

Yield to them is yielding to the traffic coming up Sand Hill Road.. they are looking to the left and if it is clear they put the pedal to the metal and zoom around to the right, not seeing pedestrians coming down on their right hand side, further complicated by bushes and little trees and a flag hanging down from the church monument on the corner that obstruct the view of pedestrians on the right..
I would be happy to meet you there or make a movie.
it is an accident waiting to happen
on more than one occasion I have had to RUN to avoid getting hit by cars coming around the corner from Monte Rosa.
