Description
This is concerning a wooden structure built at 329 21st Avenue South (4/23-4/27/2020). The wooden structure is on the West side of the home. The structure is attached to the roof of the home, and has NO set back from the neighbors shared fence. Approximate Dimensions: L=35', W=5', H=15'. No permit was visible, and profanity was used when asked to produce one. The complaint was called in on 4/28. I was advised to wait due to Covid-19. Access to the property for viewing can be had by ladder from the adjoining property, if the owner is uncooperative.
