A work order has been assigned

My husband, a neighbor who is not connected with this property, has once again placed the loose trash in the carts and wheeled them away from the street. He is not the one who should be doing this. The mattress is still on the sidewalk, four weeks after first being reported.

Resolved by the City of Berkeley

No doubt this issue will be reopened with the next refuse collection cycle, and this will go on eternally until the City does something about it.
