Description

This address and 4726 Melrose (across the street) have been vacant for months or longer and have become sqautters havens. The windows have been broken, doors pried open, and in the case of 4726, garbage has piled up in the garage. The squatters have attempted to use water from a nearby house in escrow, running a hose through several properties and letting it run all over the ground. Whoever is living here is probably bringing all kinds of crime to our neighborhood. Please, at the very least, board up these houses.
