The leak has nothing to do with any leaks from the home owner, This has been an issue for years. No one has done anything about so we have given up.

The DWP Technician responded and checked the City side of the water service and the surrounding area and did not locate a leak. He did note saturation to the adjacent slope that may be overwatering and/or groundwater.

This slope is maintain by the Assn.

The slope is maintained by the association and the water issue on the slope has been addressed already, there is no water coming from the slope. The water appears to be coming up from the asphalt by the meter. This has been an issue for years and it has nothing to to with the slope. please look at the photo that clearly shows water that is coming from the street.

We are still waiting for this issue to be looked into. The water appears to be coming from the meter or under the pavement of the street.

As mentioned there is not a leak in the street. The meter box shown is the photo is not a water meter and is for street lights. The Water Resources Technician identified a small leak to an irrigation valve and is following up with the resident.
