Agree, that car and a charcoal gray Charger are both speeding down Travis, Milam, Gray, McGowen and other Midtown streets. The license plate needs to be reported to HPD. Maybe if they patrolled north Midtown and did some DWI enforcement the racing and unsafe driving would stop.
