The Police Department has dedicated themselves these past few days to enforce the speed limit on Townsend avenue by Nathan Hale and the stop signs on Hyde street by Fort hale road and Hall street..we will continue with this enforcement at periodic times when we can.

THe NHPD motor unit spent 6 days there in the past 2 weeks addressing these issues. We gave out numerous infractions for speeding and other moving violations. I am closing this issue at this time. However if this issue re-emerges, continues or increases then we will address accordingly. I hope our presence and enforcement helped.
