I spent approximately 15 mins running radar in this location today without catching anyone speeding. I will check back and try to spend more time out here and possibly deploy the speed trailer in this location to determine when the speeding is occuring and hopefully to deter the speeders. I know you said the white car does not have a tag, but are you able to write down the tag of the black car with red stripe or do you know the address of where these cars belong? You mentioned something about them being at the same address so I figured you may know where that was at. Thank you for your time.

The address is above in comments. It is 4100 SW 28th. The white car finally got a temporary tag last week. The black car with red stripe has been staying sometimes at the blue house 2 doors east. I am attaching pictures of the white car and blue house. The cars normally race through from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Especially on Friday and Saturday night with the Cruise night on Topeka Blvd.

The black car was not at either houses this morning.

Since this has been reported the two cars have slowed down a lot. Maybe on Friday night or Saturday night. The black car has not been at the house everyday now. The white car is the car that flew around the corner of 28th and Moundview dr. 2 months ago and ran into the car parked parked in a driveway on 28th. The best place to set radar is on Moundview Dr parked North before 28th st.

Oh ok, I apologize, I assumed the address in the complaint was your address. Everybody seems to fill out these SeeClickFix's differently. I will continue to follow-up on this complaint and possibly stop and talk to the people at that address. I will forward the complaint to either Community Policing Officers or Field Operations officers due to the late times that the speeding is occurring because that is not during my shift. And as far as the speed bumps are concerned, you will need to speak with City Traffic Engineering, they are the one's that handle those. Since I feel that I have enough information to follow-up on this complaint, I am closing it at this time and will spend some time out there.
