Is this public or private space? If it is public space then call the police. Scofflaws are scofflaws and always think the laws don’t apply to them.

It's public space. The point of this post is to get the police to enforce the law. They need to swing by Seabright Beach and disperse crowds like this. It has to be ongoing. These young people were there for the entire afternoon and the police either didn't come or didn't do anything if they did come. It's unfortunate that young people don't understand the devastating consequences of spreading the virus to others or perhaps just don't care. It's either ignorance or selfishness.
