Ditch culvert is obstructed for required water flow to Sutherland Bayou form canals perpendicular to 8th Ave. all running West to this tide pool and culvert area where water is not escaping. This culvert is on private property. in addition this property is currently inhabited by Middle School children building a safe place along with a fire pit. The Owner of this property is on site and accessible via Ryan's Woods Lane.
The ditch is certainly an issue, but so is this new fire pit.
