I have a serious question, I went looking for the compliance issue. I can’t find where it’s actually discussed in the st Pete compliance online. We do not have deed restricted community nor do any of use want to live under such over reaching neighbors who rather tattle on what they think is wrong. I’d imagine as the fence looks to be manufactured that way. some of the new fences you can get that are considered “decorative” are made with the lattice so how does that work? Also what is continuous? I see there are pillar breaks...

We have forwarded this complaint about a fence at 222 35th Ave N to our Codes Compliance Assistance Department, and they will now inspect the location and take any necessary action.

This is absolutely Petty.. I am sorry to the city employee that is wasting time on this matter vs.helping to find ways to get our Local business back up, running in a safe manner to ensure everyone's safety and financial futures. What a waste of Tax dollars.
