Open burning is prohibited at all times in Chelsea. But if a fire pit is used and for the purpose of cooking then is allowed as long as is clean wood that is burned and at least 75 feet away from utility lines and buildings. Otherwise call the fire department.

It’s in their front yard directly under the utility lines. It’s a permanent fire pit they’ve built onto their patio. This street doesn’t have anywhere you could possibly be 75’ from a building or utility line.
