When the City connected our sewer and water they had to cut open the road in front of our house. The road/pavement was never fully repaired from when the sewer was connected, and our neighbors are complaining about the pothole/dip in the road.

Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearby milestones, etc)
A. This is at the bottom of our driveway 33 Cart Track Drive (the dip cuts across Cart Track Drive) here.

If you are referring to the trenches in the roadway - no excavations were done by the City, they were done by your private contractor who installed the utilities to your property. Please reach out to them for the repair of the trench in the road.
We will be out to patch the excavation at 33 Cart Track Drive that the City did do when repairing the step tank on Friday 8/21/2020.
