After taking a left onto Steeplechase Circle from Bishop Street, you follow Steeplechase to the "bridge" section with the wooden guardrails just after the gray condos on your left. To your left as you pass over it you will see a very tall, very dead tree. If it falls, it will fall directly onto the roadway/passing cars or pedestrians.
