The shortness of this light is still a problem, particularly during the evening rush hour. Traffic is backed up and gridlocked on both North Frontage and Ella Grasso Boulevard. Can this be programmed so that there is more time to make the turn, say between 4:30 and 6:30 PM?

The pedestrian timing is even worse. 20 seconds to cross more than 80' roadway. This whole intersection needs to be redesigned.
