Descrição
The berm (which leads to a private residence) on city land was eroded due to improper drainage of a culvert during heavy rain. This culvert appears to have been blocked with organic debris and trash. This is a safety hazard and makes the berm unusable as a driveway, which is its way intended purpose. It is impossible for the owner of the private residence to access their house and poses a safety threat to delivery workers.
