For over a month this alley has been blocked.
They are Not picking up the garbage behind my house I now have a rat issue. The smell from this garbage is disgusting. I am going to send my pest control bill to the city to pay. This is ridiculous that not one person has taken care of this. I need someone to fix this immediately. Smell, rats, cannot exit the alley. What is the problem fixing this???? I’ve had it
