The city funds a curb replacement program each year and curbs are replaced based on when the request was received (each year we start with the oldest request). There is currently a significant backlog and it may be several years before we are able to address the curb at your property.

Hopefully it moves up on the list 11 years is along time to wait for service on a repair. Since it was reported 7 years ago as well.
