Mô tả

It used to be common knowledge: if you parked your car on the street during snow storms, you would get a ticket - as it should be. But that no longer seems to be the case. I understand that not everyone has a driveway, but arrangements with landlords can and should be made. People park on the street with absolute impunity, and no fear at all of being ticketed for it. Here at this corner of East Broadway, cars are parked in very dangerous spots just around a sharp corner. It's not just these cars, but everywhere - in every neighborhood. It results in poorly-plowed roads AND dangerous driving situations. WHEN are we going to start handing out tickets for these kinds of things? It's the same with littering - people do it because they know they're going to get away with it. It's a breakdown of basic civility and good citizenship, and I don't think we should tolerate it.
