I believe the vehicle belongs to the neighbors accrossed the street from the location of the vehicle. It is torn apart and been sitting for months causing a nuisance to the surrounding neighbors. The vehicle is a small red car with the hood missing and most of yhe time has trash and other debre flowing from the driver door. We request the vehicle be removed from the street and put on private property or dumped.
