The crosswalk at Stage Fort Ave and Western Ave wasn't repainted after paving. The crosswalk signs have also been removed. I hope this is repainted. Having a crosswalk in this area would be helpful since the nearest crosswalk is the World War II monument, and cars drive faster towards this end of Western Ave.

Western Ave begins as a State Highway at the bridge and falls under the purview of MA DOT and not the City.
When the road was repaved, the crosswalk you speak of and the one by the Fisherman's Wives Memorial were not re-painted because the curbs at each crosswalk were not ADA compliant, with the proper ramp and textured pad. Until the compliant ramps can be installed - the crosswalks cannot be re-installed.
