My wife put in a request to have this picked up over 10 days ago. This app told her that this request MIGHT, not will but might take upwards of 7-10 days to have resolved. We are past 10 days now. I need this picked up ASAP. It is becoming difficult for neighbors to drive past my home and is becoming a safety concern.
