Everyone else in the block has cleaned their sidewalks and even used ice melt. this section of sidewalk has been frozen over many times and so that people dont slip they move to the road cause these people refuse to clean their sidewalk and remove ice. how come they are exempt. the city had code enforcement that our taxpayer dollars employ but dead end streets are forgotten about.

Many people in the City of Kingston seem not to care or physically can't do the lifting of the snow.
