Description

The roadway has been temporarily "repaired" at least 6 times in the past few years. This consists of inserting gravel into a hole and repaving a small section of the roadway that passes over the drainage pipe in Lake Smith. Unfortunately, the pipe (prob metal) under the roadway has been now been fully compromised and the roadway is falling into the holes. The road surface has now sunk/dropped 5-6 inches across the entire roadway. In the past, the failure was limited to only one small section. It is now affecting the entire roadway and, IMO, the compromised pipe will cause the eventual collapse of the entire road. This is a major safety hazard and may injure people and cause major property damage,
