Description
Trash/recycling cans line sidewalks violating requirements that a 4' pass is needed between parking signs and building. If the city is really allowing the tenant to use the sidewalk in this manner, they are paying an encumbrance fee, right? Like other businesses that use the sidewalks? I'm assuming an inspector will go by to approve this encumbrance request, and sign off on it, right?
