I caught this guy dumping a giant TV. informed him it was a thousand dollar fine for each day and told him if he picked it up there be less of a fine, he did put it back in his truck probably took it somewhere else to dump.
plate number 4U36318
Lives on Helen street according to his plate reg.
filed a police report around 10:30 am. Contacted OPD officer and he did a drive by of address to see if someone was there.
