Junk scooter STILL in the alley behind Northeast Gardens Condominiums! This is my THIRD request!! This scooter has been sitting on MY easement for at least 5 or 6 weeks and has STILL not been removed by Sanitation!! This is totally unacceptable!!

PB... How about just minding your OWN business and "stop complaining about it"?! Better yet, give me YOUR street address and I'll GLADLY dump the scooter on YOUR property... I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and pay my property taxes, on top of a "monthly fee" for Sanitation, junk removal, etc. It's not MY job to sort out other people's disregard for the law! Not to mention common courtesy

A person has every right to use a government app designed for the purpose that Judge Smails used for its designated purpose.
If the government is not meeting the needs of it's citizens, then citizens have a right to complain. That is FREE SPEECH.
