For 30+ years Cedar Lane has been in need of resurfacing.
The Torrington Highway Department has done a good job trying to maintain the road, BUT the road needs to be dug up and replaced. The road has no foundation/structure. It is a patchwork
of paving, and oil and sand maintenance. The road is a HAZARD to people, cars, property. It needs to be fixed before
someone has a catastrophic accident.
