new tenants have turned this intercection into a weekend party with fireworks and skateboarding in the traffic, there is litter and cigarette buts all over, posing fire hazards and gun powder residue all over the sidewalk. this is a mad house and the owners need to be made aware of it. I fear for my property nearby that it will burn?
