Opis

Barking Dog (Sasha) living on the top floor of 20th and Capp (North East Corner on 20th Street)
Owners leave the dog on the 3d floor terrace for hours - barking can be heard over 100 yards away
at all hours of the day and night

This kind of problem is solved by the Police Dept - but they consider this kind of thing low priority...
However it's driving me NUTS... I'm tired of being woken up by this NUISSANCE.
PLEASE HELP.
