Low hanging Fios cable from my house to pole across the street. I have been on hold with Fios for 3 hours just trying to report this issue for repair..cable was fine until yesterday when a large tree fell on wires a few houses up the street and knocked our power out..dont want a truck to come down the street and catch cable wire and pull from house or pole..any help you can give me to get this fixed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
