If this is not the correct property then the source of the problem is likely the Farrel Building which is now owned by a new developer Washington Management, LLC

Me and a few other area residents have also voiced our same concerns about the now pictured building that is hurting Ansonia's profile for a very long , Long time. Good Luck. Not sure if that pic does any justice as it looks far worse than that.

I don't understand y the city couldn't at least clean up the mess on the sidewalk and edge of road then send a bill for cleanup to the right owner sorry but that is the only way this will start making property owners responsible and also in this case possibly prevent a. Injury such a disgrace On a main entrance way to downtown I'm really hope full D Cassetti stands up to absentee landlords private or business no one and nothing is perfect but it don't cost much to clean up garbage like this case

To your point "NorthendBob". Received a warning from zoning dealing with the condition of my property not to long ago when I was doing renovation with a permit to my home from city hall. Improvements eventually folded into paying more to the city on taxes to their benefit due to expansion. I was dismayed by the zoning explanation because minutes later I was going to home depot to buy collection bags for the mess.
I turned back to my house and decided not to spend another dime after driving by the North Main Street Farrell and AB properties convincing myself if that place could look like that way….why can’t mine. Eventually I was in process of cleaning after the renovation was completed because of the double standard conclusion any resident can draw on a blight ordinance in town. The law is not on a level playing field. It is totally voluntary.

A def double standard I have fought with city hall for 10 yes if I didn't spend so much and go through what I am I would have walked sway fro. Here because of the double standard and the embarrassment to have company come over and see who gets away with wat around here I am so tired of looking at Pocking up and complaining bout other peoples garbage which is a big no on the city anti blight law they cannot seem to keep up with I also stand y wat I said homeowners slumlords and business owners should be. Billed after the city pocks up wants laying put on the front of too many properties in town all we can hope for is with the govt change we can hope for things to be cleaned up I am willing to talk to the new mayor and see wat comes of it maybe I will decide to pick up my garbage and not pay my taxes

Mark Pantalone, Diversified Electric Services owns that building. The mailing address is wrong on GIS. He has nothing to do with 132 Silvermine Road. He was evicted for nonpayment from there. He neglected to update his mailing address like he neglects the keep up the property.
