I also reported this back in June of 2019 but no repairs have been made yet

We are in the process of obtaining an outside independent welder to repair some railings in town as well as this particular one.

This needs more than a welder, this is a 20 year problem with plows and crashes.

Was noticing this one the other day. What an embarrassing sight and safety issue. Can this be escalated? Kids are almost back to school and it's been an open issue for nearly a year. Town officials encourage kids to walk or ride bikes to the schools and they're essentially forced out into the street since it looks to be worse than pictured above at this point.
